Old Port Fest takes over the streets of Portland this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. And while all the events and music are a huge draw for this annual festival (and the excuse to loiter on Fore Street on a splendid Sunday afternoon) it’s the chance to stuff our faces with all sorts of delicious festival food that has some of us salivating weeks in advance. (I’ve been dreaming of ribbon fries for weeks. There’s something about the way the potato is peeled in one long magical, unbroken peel that has mesmerized me since I was a youth.) As a tribute to such food-related daydreams, here are more than a dozen photos of some of the festival food you can look forward to eating during Old Port Fest 2015!
